I ordered my usual size, but the fit was just weird—too tight in a few places and loose in others. I checked the size chart beforehand, but it didn’t help much. Shipping was fine, so no complaint there, but having to deal with repeated verification steps during the process was annoying. Between that and the sizing issue, I don’t really feel confident ordering clothes or gear from here again unless I can try it on first.

I ordered from Gideon Tactical without really knowing how long it would take, so I was mostly just hoping it wouldn’t drag on. To my surprise, it shipped out fast and the tracking updated normally the whole way.
My order showed up sooner than I expected, with no weird delays or issues. It was a smooth experience overall, and I’d probably order from them again if I needed something.

Support did get back to me, but it took longer than I was hoping. It wasn’t a huge deal, and they were decent about it once they responded, but I do think people should be able to expect a timely reply when they reach out for help.

The order itself was fine, but whoever packed this thing did a lousy job. The box showed up crushed, barely taped, and the items were just rattling around loose inside like nobody cared. Not the end of the world, but come on, packing it like a bunch of clowns isn’t exactly confidence-inspiring.

I thought I’d be able to find what I needed quickly, but the selection was really limited. It turned into way more of a stressful hassle than I expected, and I left feeling frustrated because there just wasn’t much to pick from.

After I placed my order, the updates were bad. I had to reach out myself just to find out what was going on, which was, umm, kind of frustrating.
